1. The Map Is Always Judging You.

Your brain doesn’t show you reality—it shows you its best guess. Sometimes it’s brilliant. Sometimes it thinks the pile of laundry is a person.

2. My Brain Hates Surprises.

It spends all day predicting what’s about to happen. When it’s wrong, it files a complaint and updates the software.

3. Energy Is Expensive.

If your brain can take a shortcut, it will. That’s why habits exist… and why everyone walks into the kitchen and forgets why.

4. Everything Is Connected.

Nothing in your mental map exists alone. Pull one thread and suddenly you’re remembering a song from third grade.

5. Patterns Everywhere.

Brains love patterns so much they’ll invent them if necessary. See also: clouds, toast, and conspiracy theories.

6. The Map Is Never Finished.

Every conversation, mistake, triumph, and awkward moment redraws a tiny part of your internal atlas.

7. Time Is a Weird Neighborhood.

Your brain is constantly editing yesterday, experiencing today, and rehearsing tomorrow—all at the same time.

8. You Don’t Just Think With Your Brain.

Your body votes too. Hunger, sleep, caffeine, and stubbed toes all get a say.

9. The Observer Is Part of the Experiment.

You can’t completely separate yourself from what you’re observing. Especially if it’s your own life.

10. If It Makes Sense Tomorrow, Call It a Theory.

If it still makes sense next year, write a paper. If everyone laughs first and agrees later… congratulations, you’re probably onto something.

Bonus

11. The Universe Is Under No Obligation to Make Sense Before Coffee.

If your theory only works after three cups of coffee, congratulations—you’ve discovered the Standard Model of Mondays.
